Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of fossils of proboscis mammals

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out any digging by individuals or public institutions and organizations without permission from the Ministry of Forests and Forest Industry and the Paleontology department of the Sofia State University.
2. It is prohibited to break, destroy or appropriate randomly discovered fossils of weevil mammals by individuals or other officials.
3. It is prohibited to dig up bones, teeth, proboscis, etc. In tillage tractors, members of the cooperative and others to be deposited in forestry, which in turn shall promptly notify the Ministry of Forests and Forest Industry.
