Aims of the declaration:

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction;
2. It is prohibited the change of purpose and the way of permanent use of the properties;
3. It is prohibited to entry into caves by motor vehicles;
4. It is prohibited exploration, exploration and extraction of underground resources;
5. It is prohibited importing in the caves and in the karst complex of plant and animal species not in the region;
6. It is prohibited activities that violate the natural appearance of caves and rock wreaths (cracking, breaking, opening of openings, felling of trees and shrubs);
7. It is prohibited capture, killing and transport of cave dwelling animals during all phases of their development, except for the conduct of scientific studies;
8. It is prohibited destruction, damage, removal, removal or removal of elements of the cave structure;
