Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of cave

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to construct buildings and to place movable objects in the underground formations, except for archaeological research and concervation, restoration and exponation of immovable cultural worth; maintenance of the existing infrastructure and also infrastructure related to the management of the natural monument;
2. It is prohibited to construct buildings and to place movable objects in the ground area of the caves, except for archaeological research and conservation, restoration and exponation of immovable cultural worth; maintenance of the existing infrastructure; management of the natural monument; repair; reconstruction and modernization of the existing buildings and facilities for tourist's service;
3. It is prohibited to create new and to expand the existing production processes.
4. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
5. It is prohibited to import plant and animal species, which are not typical of the region.
6. Activities related to breaking and damaging the rock and cave formations, and also splashing, clogging and demolition of cave entrances and their galleries are prohibited;
7. It is prohibited to destroy, to damage and to export elements from the cave structure (rocky part and cave formations);
8. The excavation and the removal of clay and guano is prohibited;
9. It is prohibited to destroy and to damage historical cave paintings, inscriptions, archeological and other artifacts.
10. It is prohibited to place any permanent inscriptions or sings on the walls, the floors or the ceilings, except for speleocartography;
11. It is prohibited to destroy, to damage and to export paleontological or archaeological finds, exept for conducting regulated scientific research.
12. It is prohibited to start fires and to use open flame light;
13. It is prohibited to disturb, intoxicate, catch, kill, displace, keep hostage in the cave, or carry out animals, which are permanent or temporary inhabitants of the caves in the all the stages of their development, exept for conducting regulated scientific research;
14. It is prohibited to organize concerts and other mass events in the period from 15 november to 30 march and from 15 mai to 30 july;
15. It is prohibited to organize concerts and other mass events with the participation of more than 50 people in the cave "Magurata" out of the periods in paragraph 14.
16. It is prohibited causing a noise that exceeds 45 Leq (cdBA), exept for concerts and other mass events in the cave;
17. The visit and the stay in the cave of groups from more than 50 people are prohibited;
18. It is prohibited to visit the cave "Ringova pesht", exept for scientific purpose and monitoring.
