Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of natural habitat of protected and rare bird species, included in Bulgaria's Red Book and in the list of endangered species in Europe;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited any construction, disclosure of quarries and other activities that modify the natural appearance or the water regime of the site
2. It is prohibited any kind of felling, except cultivating and sanitary during the period 1 August- 30 December
3. It is prohibited grazing of goats;
4. It is prohibited collecting of herbs and picking flowers;
5. It is prohibited to conduct events in mountaineering and hang gliding;
6. It is prohibited hunting and caring out of hunting activities all year long;
7. It is prohibited harassment of nesting birds, taking the eggs or ringing their young;
