Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of natural habitat of red pyrazole and the plant life which includes it.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, disclosure of quarries, confiscation of inert materials, correction of river banks and other activities that change the natural appearance of the locality or its water regime;
2. It is prohibited reconstruction felling and afforestation with nonresidential tree species;
3. It is prohibited to damage, uproot and destroy the natural vegetation, to pick flowers for bouquets, to collect herbs;
4. It is prohibited grazing of goats
5. I t is prohibited pollution with domestic, industrial, construction wastes;
