Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of natural habitat of marsh snowdrops.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction draining and other activities that injure the natural appearance of the site or worsen its water regime;
2. It is prohibited plowing and digging of the land in way that leads to damaging or distruction of the marsh snowdrop
3. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals
4. It is prohibited to collect stem-leaf mass of Spring Snowflake by uprooting or cutting it to a heigh lesser than 5-7 cm from the ground surface.
5. It is prohibited mowing of the grass before the ripenning of the marsh snowdrop seeds;
6. It is prohibited arson of the vegetation
7. It is permitted to take appropriate measures for improving the water regime and the condition of the marsh snowdrop, after coordionation with the Ministry of Environment
8. It is permitted harmonization of swamp snowdrop in determined from Ministry of Environment quantities
