Aims of the declaration:
1. Long-term Conservation of the populations of amphibians endangered on a world and European level, amphibians, birds, mammals and plans as well as habitats and landscapes typical of Sakar, as well as part of the ornitologically important place southern Sakar.
2. Protection of the habitats, rock landscapes, and plantations typical of Sakar.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited searching and prospecting of minerals with drilling and mining activities from january to march inclusive;
2. It is prohibited extraction of minerals in an open method;
3. It is prohibited to carry out felling in the forest plantations otside the period from august to september incliding;
4. It is prohibited to carry out hunting activities;
5. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the use of the lands from the land fund.
