Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the natural habitats of protected and rare plans and their societies.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, exclosure of quarries and other activities that modify the natural appearance of the site or its water system;
2. It is prohibited importation of nonresidential for the region plant and animal species
3. It is prohibited picking of wild flowers, collecting of herbs, triming, damaging of tree arms and injuring of ancient trees;
4. It is prohibited felling except sanitary and cultivating;
5. It is prohibited to carry out hunting activities during the period 01.01-30.08;
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals ;
7. It is prohibited harassing the wild animals and taking their young or eggs, as well as damaging their nests and lairs;
8. It is prohibited to carry out hunting activities;
