Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the primarl pre-mountain forest eco-system in the Vasiliovska mountain.
2. Conservation of the habitat of a great number of rare and animal species threatened with extinction in the country.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to cut or damage the trees;
2. It is prohibited picking or uprooting of plants
3. It is prohibited harassing the wild animals and taking their young or eggs, as well as damaging their nests and lairs;
4. It is prohibited disclosure of quarries, mining and geological and any other activities that modify or injure the natural appearance of the site or its water system
5. Construction of any type is prohibited unless it is described in the management plan of the protected site.
6. It is prohibited to mow down the meadows;
7. It is permitted the passing of domestic animals to the pastures;
8. It is permitted the use of the summer cot in the area "Chernia rat".
9. It is permitted to carry out cultivating and elective felling in sections 5, 6, 9 without the construction of rope-ways and forest roads.
