Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the habitat of protected, rare, and vulnerable plant and animal species and territories with a characteristic landscape.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction of new roads outside the approved in the scheme of republican and municipal road network;
2. It is prohibited to build, build quarries and any other activities, which alter the natural landscape;
3. It is prohibited to disturb the animals during their breeding season;
4. It is prohibited to carry out felling, except provided by the forest managing project/plan;
5. It is prohibited changes in the way of sustainable use of the land;
6. It is prohibited making fire outside the defined places;
7. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals
