Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of natural habitat of Tulipa hageri and other communities of protected and rare plants, spectacular landscapes and rocks;

1. It is prohibited construction, disclosure of querries and any other activities, that modify the natural appearance of the site, or its water system;
2. It is prohibited picking of wild plants and collecting of herbs, prunning, braking boughs and damaging trees;
3. It is prohibited felling except cultivating and sanitary
4. It is prohibited to carry out agricultural activities during the period 1 February- 30 July
5. It is prohibited importation of nonresidential for the region plant and animal species
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals
