Aims of the declaration:
1. Maintaining diverse and characteristic of the region ecosystems and landscapes, habitats of rare and endangered animal and plant species;
2. Sustainable coordination of activities for environmental protection with different forms of local livelihoods;
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out activities, which are related or lead to drainage or injure the water regime of the existing wet zone, except for drainage of fish stocking pools, determined for intensive fish stocking activity under section 4
2. It is prohibited to make the wet areas in cultivating zones;
3. It is prohibited to disturb and hunt wild animals and to damage the places for their breeding;
4. It is prohibited amateur fishing,
5. It is prohibited economic fishing, outside the water sheets, defined in section 4;
6. It is prohibited construction, except when it is related with fish-stocking activity needs, including for rehabilitation and maintenance of the fish populations, and for the ecotourism purposes;
7. It is prohibited to use fertilizer and biocidal substances;
8. It is prohibited pollution with wastes;
9. It is prohibited felling of the existing forest vegetation;
10. It is prohibited mowing of the cane in the sheets of water, which determined for intensive fish stocking activity, and after coordination with MOEW;
