Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the country's only habitat of the protected plant species Crimean salvia (Salvi scabiosifolia);
2. Conserving the unique landscape, including characteristic limestone forms with chasmophytic vegetation and typical riparian plant communities;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited any construction, production activities, disclosure of quarries and other activities that modify the natural landscape;
2. It is prohibited to make fire;
3. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals ;
4. It is prohibited hunting activities;
5. It is prohibited to use fertilizer, products for plant protection and other chemicals and
6. It is prohibited to import nonnative for the district plant and animal species;
