Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the largest in the Rhodope mountain habitat of juniper excelsa (Juniperus excelsa Bieb).

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals.
2. It is prohibited to confiscate masses of rock ;
3. It is prohibited construction, except , related with buildings for forestry purposes;
4. It is prohibited construction of new roads;
5. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the sustainable use of the land and the water flows;
6. It is prohibited to carry out forestry activities from 1 march to 15 july;
7. It is prohibited all type of felling, except sanitary and cultivating
8. It is prohibited afforestation with unlocal for the region plant species;
9. It is prohibited to settle in nonresidential for the region animal species;
10. It is prohibited rock climbing, alpinism, hang gliding and motor hang gliding;
11. It is prohibited bivouacing of people;
12. It is prohibited grazing and bivouacing of domestic animals
13. It is prohibited to make fire;
14. It si prohibited to collect medicinal plants;
