Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of plant species Lathyrus palustris L. and its habitat.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land;
2. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
3. It is prohibited activities leading to the drying up of the terrain;
4. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
5. It is prohibited to import nonresidential plant species;
6. It is prohibited feeding with fertilizers;
7. It is prohibited plowing;
8. It is prohibited to make a fire;
9. It is prohibited collecting of individuals and plant material of species Lathyrus palustris except for scientific purposes.
