Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of natural habitat of the black maidenhair fern - Adiantum capilus veneris.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out any activities, such as damaging the stems, picking the blossoms or uprooting the plants.
2. It is prohibited to enter, drive, or park motor vehicles.
3. It is prohibited to graze domestic animals.
4. It is prohibited to disturb the wild animals, to take their young or their eggs, as well as to destroy their nests and dens.
5. It is prohibited to build quarries, carry out mining, geological and other activities, which damage or alter the natural landscape, as well as its water regime.
6. Construction of any type is prohibited, except in the cases when this was determined in the management project of the protected territory.
