Aims of the declaration:
1. Saving the primary forest ecosystems and the picturesque canyon of Veleka river
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited any construction, disclosure of quarries, mining and geological objects and other activities that modify the natural appearance of the locality or its water system
2. It is prohibited felling except cultivating, sanitary and elective;
3. It is prohibited hunting, except adjusting the number of predators (foxes, jackals, wild dogs, wild swines/pigs) in the period September 1 to March 1, with prooved necessary
4. It is rohibited to disturb and to capture wild animals, to collect and destroy the eggs and nests of the birds
5. It is prohibited to pick flowers
6. It is prohibited use of chemical plant protection
7. It is prohibitted collection of herbs, mushrooms and berries for commercial and industrial purposes
8. It is prohibited afforestation with conifers and other untypical trees for the area
9. It is permitted grazing of domestic animals, except goats
10. It is permitted the use of chemical plant protection in land under cultivation from the land fund
11. It is permitted cultivation of the land from the land fund in the traditional way of management
