Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of characteristic landscape.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited disclosure of quarries, modifying the natural appearance of the site or its water system
2. It is prohibited the construction of buildings and roads
3. It is prohibited to break, scribble on or damage in any way the rock formations in the caves, the stalactites and other formations in the caves.
4. It is prohibited afforestation with nonresidential for the region tree and shrubby species, harvesting of wild flours, collecting of herbs, trimming, braking of boughs and damaging of ancient trees
5. It is prohibited felling except cultivating and sanitary
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals
7. It is prohibited destruction of nests, holes, collecting eggs of birds and their young, collection and removal of bat guano
8. It is prohibited alpinism;
9. It is prohibited hunting;
10. It is permitted conducting expeditions to explore the caves with the permission of the holder and after consulting with RIEW
