4. It is prohibited to carry out drainage ang overdrying activities in swamps and natural water sites;
5. It is prohibited correction of the river banks outside the settlements, draining and overdrying of the floods and other wet areas/zones;
6. It is prohibited the substitution of the residential for the forest beside the river tree species with nonresidential in range less than 50 meter to water sheets borders;
7. It is prohibited felling in poplar cultures, without ensuing afforestation;
