The regime does not apply to building: roof and facade photovoltaic facilities/installations; terrestrial photovoltaic facilities/installations on terrain within the borders of settlements and settlements; terrestrial photovoltaic facilities/installations on disturbed terrain; ground-based photovoltaic/installations on yards or areas adjacent to production and industrial sites, warehouses, administrative buildings, bases for agricultural or forestry equipment, resort-recreational sites, public sites, farmyards, livestock complexes/farms, residential buildings, greenhouses , resort hotels/holiday homes, tourist bases/huts, airports, air stations;
6. It is prohibited the construction of unsafe for birds air electric transmission network .
7. It is prohibited to use unselected preventive for pest control in the agriculture;
8. It is prohibited mowing of meadows from the periphery to the center with fast-moving equipment before 15 July.
