Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of the habitats of the birds under item 2 to reach their favorable conservation status;
2. Restoration of the habitats of the birds under item 2, which is necessary to reach their improve the favorable conservation status.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to remove landscape features (hedges, single trees and groups) in the use of agricultural land;
2. It is prohibited afforestation of pastures, meadows and land and transformating them into cultivating land and permanent crops;
3. It is prohibited to use pesticides and fertilizers in meadows, pastures and grassland;
4. It is prohibited the opening of new quarries and expanding the concession areas of existing quarries for the extraction of mineral resources except those for which the date of promulgation of the order in "State Gazette" has started a procedure for granting permits for prospecting and / or study of Mineral Resources Act and / or concession for extraction of Mineral Resources Act and concessions Act or agreed under Chapter Six of the Law on environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Biodiversity Act;
5. It is prohibited the construction of wind generators for electricity, except those for which at the date of promulgation of the arrest in the ''Official Gazette" has started proceedings under Chapter Six of the Law for Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Law for Biodiversity. The regime does not apply to wind generators used as their own sources of electricity.
6. It is prohibited the construction of new photovoltaic systems for electricity in pastures, meadows and grassland, except those for which at the date of promulgation of the arrest in the ''Official Gazette" has started proceedings under Chapter Six of the Law for Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Law for Biodiversity. The regime does not apply to building ramp, roof and facade photovoltaic systems used by own sources of electricity.
