Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited afforestation of meadows, pastures and grassland, as well as to transform it in area under cultivation and permanent crops;
2. It is prohibited to use pesticides and fertilizers in pastures and meadows;
3. It is prohibited the construction of wind generators for electricity, except those for which at the date of promulgation of the arrest in the ''Official Gazette" has started proceedings under Chapter Six of the Law for Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Law for Biodiversity. The regime does not apply to wind generators used as their own sources of electricity.
4. It is prohibited the admission and execution of residential, resort and villa construction until the entry into force of a new Master Plan of the Municipality of Balchik and Municipality of Aksakovo or modifications with the exception of property at the date of publication of the order in the "Official Gazette" within the construction limits settlements into the two municipalities or property for which there is initiated or completed proceedings under Chapter Six of the Environmental protection Act and / or art. 31 of the Biological Diversity Act.
5. It is prohibited to use unselected preventive for pest control in the agriculture;
6. It is prohibited mowing of meadows from the periphery to the center with fast-moving equipment before 15 July.
