Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of the habitats of the birds under item 2 to reach their favorable conservation status
2. Restoration of habitats for birds in item 2, which is necessary to improve the conservation condition.

Article 6, paragraph 1, section 3 from Biological Diversity Act: Black-crowned Night Heron (Nycticorax nycticorax), Little Egret (Egretta garzetta), Great Egret (Egretta alba), Black Stork (Ciconia nigra), White Stork (Ciconia ciconia), Honey Buzzard (Pernis apivorus), Lesser Spotted Eagle (Aquila pomarina) , Corn Crake (Crex crex), Eurasian Eagle-owl (Bubo bubo), European Nightjar (Caprimulgus europaeus), Common Kingfisher (Alcedo atthis), Grey-headed Woodpecker (Picus canus), Black Woodpecker (Dryocopus martius), Middle Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos medius), Syrian Woodpecker (Dendrocopos syriacus), Woodlark (Lullula arborea), Red-backed Shrike (Lanius collurio), Ortolan Bunting (Emberiza hortulana);
