6. It is prohibited the construction of golf course, photovoltaic systems and wind generators for electricity, except cases for which at the date of promulgation of the arrest in the ''Official Gazette" has started proceedings under Chapter Six of the Law for Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Law for Biodiversity;The regime does not apply to building: roof and facade photovoltaic facilities/installations; terrestrial photovoltaic facilities/installations on terrains within the boundaries of settlements and settlements; terrestrial photovoltaic facilities/installations on disturbed terrains; ground photovoltaic facilities/installations on yards or adjacent grounds to existing production and industrial facilities, warehouse facilities, administrative buildings, bases for agricultural or forestry equipment, resort and recreation facilities, public facilities, farms, livestock complexes/farms, campsites, motels, holiday camps, residential buildings, greenhouses, fishponds.
