Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of the habitats of the birds to reach their favorable conservation status;
2. Restoration of the habitats of the birds, which is necessary to reach their improve the favorable conservation condition.

Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 3 from Biological Diversity Act: Anser erythropus, Anthus campestris, Branta ruficollis, Bubo bubo, Ciconia ciconia, Ciconia nigra, Circaetus gallicus, Circus aeruginosus, Circus cyaneus, Circus pygargus, Coracias garrulus, Cygnus columbianus bewickii, Cygnus cygnus, Falco cherrug, Falco peregrinus, Falco vespertinus, Grus grus, Lanius collurio, Lanius minor, Melanocorypha calandra, Otis tarda, Pelecanus crispus, Pelecanus onocrotalus, Pernis apivorus, Pluvialis apricaria;
2. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 4 from Biological Diversity Act: Accipiter nisus, Anser albifrons, Anser anser, Anser fabalis, Charadrius dubius, Falco subbuteo, Falco tinnunculus, Larus cachinnans, Larus canus, Merops apiaster, Buteo lagopus, Riparia riparia.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. Prohibited the afforestation of lawns, pastures and conversion into arable land and permanent crops;

7. It is forbidden to introduce crops other than traditional for the region.
8. The Minister of Environment and Waters temporarily suspends the operation of single wind turbines, wind turbines or entire wind farm parks in the bright day of the day in the presence of intensive bird migration data, which in combination with specific climatic conditions create a collision hazard of birds with wind turbine propellers. The measure does not apply to single wind turbines, wind turbines or whole wind farms that have an early warning system or are integrated in an integrated one and meet all operational requirements. This exception is not applicable if the early warning systems are proven to be ineffective.
