Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the diversity and ecosystems and lanscapes characteristic of the region.
2. Protection of the habitat of rare and endangered plant and animal species.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited activities related to or leading to drainage or damaging/injuring of the existing water regime of wetlands designated as such by way of permanent use under zemerazdelitelnite plans of the lands;
2. t is prohibited conversion of the meadows and pastures of the public and municipal land fund in arable land;
3. It is prohibited to reduce afforestated land in forests fund;
4. It is prohibited to reduce the forest fund by change of the land function;
5. It is prohibited reducing the area of natural forests owned by the state and municipalities;
6. It is prohibited clear felling in the nesting colonies of the protected bird species;
7. It is prohibited felling in the period March - July (including) at distance less than 300 m from the nesting colonies of protected bird species;
8. It is prohibited extraction of minerals using the open method;
