Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the habitats and populations of endangered, rare, and protected bird species.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited cutting, damaging and rooting up of the tree and shrubby plantation, except with sanitary and and other cut, in according to the managing plan;
2. Prohibited destruction of the bird's nests;
3. It is prohibited to make fire;
4. It is prohibited to carry out hunting activities;
5. It is prohibited entrance of people and domestic animals during the breeding season (15.02-15.08)
6. It is prohibited mowing down of the reed-mace during the period 15.02-30.10;
7. It is prohibited pollution with waste;
8. It is prohibited any construction;
9. It is prohibited construction, disclosure of quarries, confiscation of inert materials, correction of river banks and other activities that change the natural appearance of the locality or its water regime;
10. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals ;
11. It is prohibited afforestation of the site with uncharacteristic for the territory, tree and shrubby species;;
