Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of characteristic landscapes.
2. Protection of the habitats of rare and threatened with extinction nesting, migratory, and hibernating birds (Red-breasted Goose, Ruddy Shelduck, Stone Curlew, etc.)
3. Protection of rare and characteristic fish fauna.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to chase, kill and hunt animals;
2. It is prohibited colecting and destroying of the bird's eggs and damaging of their nests;
3. It is prohibited pollution of the water
4. It is prohibited the use of pesticides in range 500 meters from the lake;
5. It is prohibited and dedestroying of the natural vegetation;
6. It is prohibited any kind of construction and expanding of the existing buildings, geological and other prospects or activities, that violate the natural appearance of the site or its water system;
7. It is prohibited to confiscate sand from the stripe thath separates the lake from the see;
8. It is prohibited hunting and shooting in 100 meters from the side of the lake;
9. It is prohibited entrance into overgrown with aquatic vegetation and yugozapasna northern part of the lake during the breeding season of birds from February 1 to October 1
10. It is permitted sport fishing along the south coast with a length of 1 km in the site Heleza
11. It is permitted unnatural fish stocking with characteristic for the region species;
12. It is permitted industrial fishing in the water mirror from 1 february to 1 october;
13. It is permitted entrance in the lake with boats and permition from the Regional inspectorate for nature protection;
14. It is permitted the use of the lake water for the needs of the fish enterprice;
15. It is permitted the use of the lake water for irrigation of the areas under cultivation, annually specified with the Regional Inspectorate for Nature Protection;
