Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of peony fields and remnants of steppe forests in Southern Dobrudzha.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to build quarries, extract stones, dig out dirt and sand.
2. It is prohibited hunting, fishing, as well as chooting with any weapons and explosives;
3. It is prohibited boulding of roads, construction of buildings, change or pollution of the water flows
4. It is prohibited mowing of the grass , picking of flowers and collection of herbs or forest fruits;
5. It is prohibited fire making, outside the determined for this purpose, places pollution with remains of food, as well as any activities, which pollute or violate the beatiful landscape around the waterfalls;
6. It is allowed to carry out afforestation activities, which are aimed at improving the landscape;
7. It is permitted to carry out sanitary, elective or group-elective felling, in accordance to improve the protecting function of the forest
8. It is allowed to build roads, paths, and buildings which are necessary for the correct usage and management of the protected natural landmarks.
