Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of plant and animal communities and typical earth formations and landscapes that have scientific and cultural value and significance.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to lumber, except for sanitary and cultivation purposes until a development project has been worked out.
2. It is prohibited to hunt and organize hunting events.
3. It is prohibited to disturb the wild animals, to destroy their nests and dens, as well as to take their young and their eggs.
4. It is prohibited to pick flowers, break branches, and any other activities, which damage the vegetation.
5. It is prohibited to build quarries, carry out mining, geological, and other activities, which alter the natural landscape and the water patterns.
6. It is prohibited to damage or destroy the signs.
