Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the habitat of Water chestnut (Trapa natans) and Typha Shuttleworthii.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out felling, except sanitary;
2. It is prohibited any activities, which injure the water system;
3. It is prohibited to till with pesticides
4. It is prohibited to prepare work solutions and to supply the agricultural mashines with pesticides, in range less than 100 meter from the protected site;
5. It is prohibited pollution in any way the water of the lake;
6. It is prohibited injuring of the swamp vegetation
7. It is prohibited to carry out mining and geological activities which modify the landscape;
