1. Conservation of plant species Tulipa pirinica Delip., Fritillaria drenovskii, Riccia crustata, Pulsatilla slaviankae, Limodorum abortivum, Crocus olivieri, Saxifraga stribrnyi, Ophrys sphegodes ssp. mammosa, Himantoglossum caprinum, Orchis morio and Orchis purpurea and its habitats.

3. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
