Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the habitats of rare and protected animal species.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to destroy the cave formations;
2. It is prohibited grazing of goats
3. It is prohibited any construction and other activities that change the natural appearance of the area, with the exception of facilities to ensure safe access for visitors to the rocky plateau on land with identifier 49151.44.1 according to the cadastral map and cadastral registers for the land of the village of Mostovo, Asenovgrad municipality, Plovdiv district;
4. It is prohibited construction of new roads;
5. It is prohibited to carrying out of fellings, with the exception of cultivation, sanitary, forced and technical - for the maintenance of existing technical infrastructure;
6. It is prohibited to carry out forestry activities from 1 march to 15 july;
7. It is prohibited to carry out hunting activities from 1 march to 31 july.
8. It is prohibited to use the rock complex for alpinism, hang gliding, steam hang gliding and motor hang gliding;
9. It is prohibited bivouacing of people and making fire;
10. It is prohibited pollution with waste;
11. It is prohibited plowing and afforestation of the lands;
12. It is prohiboited searching, prospecting and extraction of minerals;
