Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of wetland, lowland riparian forests and protected animal and plant species;
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited new construction, except for constructing places for bird observation;
2. It is prohibited to carry out felling, except related with removing of nonresidential species and origins, maintenance of the cutting under the power cable and restoration of the vegetation around the river;
3. It is prohibited afforestation with nonresidential species and origins;
4. It is prohibited hunting;
5. It is prohibite to change the hidrological regime of the protected site, to drain and to use the swamp water for irrigation, as well as any corrections of the river bank of Akabunarska river в този участък от нея, който преминава през граници
