Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of unique landscapes, including dry valleys, typical rock formations, rare chasmophytic plant communities, habitats of protected plant and animal species;
2. Providing an opportunity for research and development of sustainable tourism;
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction of new roads outside the approved in the scheme of republican and municipal road network;
2. It is prohibited any construction, disclosure of quarries, and other activities, which injure the cave formations;
3. It is prohibited rock climbing and mountaineering during the period March 1 to July 30;
4. It is prohibited to carry out forestry activities from 1 march to 15 july;
5. It is prohibited to carry out felling which lead to change/substitute the tree spiece in the forest plantations;
6. It is prohibited to make fire;
7. It is prohibited afforestation of the meadows and the pastures;
8. It is prohibited grazing outside the determined by the forest managing plan places;
