1. It is prohibited construction of new roads, buildings, cable ways;
2. It is prohibited to open quarries and other activities, which modify the cave formations and the natural appearance of the site;
3. It is prohibited any type of pollution;
4. It is prohibited burning down the grass and shrubby vegetation;
5. It is prohibited use of chemical plant protection;
6. It is prohibited hunting;
7. It is prohibited to afforest with tree species uncharacteristic of the region.
8. It is permitted grazing of domestic animals in the determined places, except goats;
9. It is permitted to carry out the provided in the forest managing plan forest activities, except clear felling. The gradually felling to be implemented at lest in three phases;
