Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction of buildings and roads, except the expansion of the way from Bourgas to Pomorie;
2. It is prohibited to open quarries and mines, to modify the water system and to correct the bank of Tunga river, to pollute with chemical waste, industrial and domestic waste;
3. It is prohibited the establishment of private and subsidiary farms for domestic animals;
4. It is prohibited hunting, shooting and use of the water tanks for breeding of wild and domestic animals;
5. It is prohibited to collect eggs and to destroy the bird's nests;
6. It is prohibited filling up the coastal lake strip;
7. It is permitted to cultivate the agricultural land;
8. It is permitted grazing of domestic animals except goats;
9. It is permittes to carry out salt and mud extraction , without injuring of the ecological conditions of the reserve;
10. It is permitted establishment of base for science researches and for managing of the reserve;
11. It is permitted establishment of park "Ezero" in the south part of the lake.
