Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of habitat swamp snowdrop;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out all activities, which disturb the water regime of the protected territory; it is prohibited to carry out construction, except that which is related to a building of infrastructure sites of social/national significance and recreation activities.
2. It is prohibited to dig up or use the lands in a way which leads to damaging or destroying the Spring Snowflake.
3. It is prohibited to graze domestic animals.
4. It is prohibited to collect stem-leaf mass of Spring Snowflake by uprooting or cutting it to a heigh lesser than 5-7 cm from the ground surface.
5. It is prohibited to cut the grass before the seeds of the Spring Snowflake are ripe.
6. It is allowed to take the correct measure for improving the water regime and the condition of the Spring Snowflake, after coordinating with MOC.
7. It is allowed to pick Spring Snowflakes in quantities determined by MOC.
