Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of a remarkable object of inanimate nature - rock formations with representative and aesthetic value.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out mining activities up to 200 m in depth from the earth's surface;
2. When carrying out underground mining it is prohibited the amount of explosive activities in series to be over 300 kg;
3. It is prohibited to use mining technologies, leading to surface failures;
4. It is prohibited above-ground construction, except of repair, reconstruction and maintenance of existing infrastructure;
5. It is prohibited rock climbing and mountaineering;
6. It is prohibited change of purpose and manner of permanent use;
7. It is prohibited lighting a fire;
8. It is prohibited logging, with the exception of sanitary, technical and forced logging;
9. It is prohibited waste pollution.
