Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of plant species: Tulipa pirinica Delip., Fritillaria drenovskii, Riccia crustata, Pulsatilla slaviankae, Limodorum abortivum, Crocus olivieri, Saxifraga stribrnyi, Ophrys sphegodes ssp. mammosa, Himantoglossum caprinum, Orchis morio and Orchis purpurea and its habitats.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land;
2. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
3. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
4. It is prohibited to import nonresidential species;
5. It is prohibited picking and uprooting of specimens of plant species, which are object of protection;
6. It is prohibited grazing and trampling in the period of flowering and seed ripening (from early May to late July);
7. It is prohibited afforestation.
