Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of endangered species - grouse and capercaillie.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to damage the forest vegetation.
2. It is prohibited to graze domestic animals.
3. It is prohibited to chase or disturb the wild animals, to take their young or their eggs, as well as to destroy their nests or dens.
4. It is prohibited to build quarries, carry out mining, geological, and other activities, which alter the natural landscape.
5. It is prohibited to use chemicals to fight with the forest pests.
6. It is allowed to feed the birds in the winter.
7. It is allowed to maintain the meadows by removing the softwood and the shrubs.
8. It is allowed to maintain the meadows by removing the tree and shrub vegetation that settles on them;
9. It is prohibited to create new meadows.
10. It is allowed to carry out sanitary lumbering.
