2. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
3. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
4. It is prohibited to placement of temporary movable objects;
5. It is prohibited to import nonresidential species.
6. It is prohibited to plow up and to dig up the land.
