Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of plants species Paeonia tenuifolia and its habitat.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to construct buildings and facilities and to place movable objects, except repair, restoration and maintenance the dam and the hydrotechnical facilities to it and the 500-meter section under the overflow facility, as required by the Water Act;
2. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the meadows, the water streams and the water areas;
3. It is prohibited to plow and afforest the properties falling within the protected area;
4. It is prohibited to introduce nonnative plant species.
5. It is prohibited to make a fire.
6. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals.
7. It is prohibited activities related to change the water streams.
