Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of an endangered and protected plant species, representing a tertiary relic - Centaurea wagenitziana and its habitat.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction and other activities leading to landscape change, except for maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing roads and other facilities;
2. It is prohibited changing the purpose and manner of sustainable land use;
3. It is prohibited search, exploration and mining of underground riches;
4. It is prohibited afforestation;
5. It is prohibited storage of timber;
6. It is prohibited tear, cut off, uproot, collect and destruction of plant specimens type Centaurea wagenitziana except for scientific purposes;
7. It is prohibited backfilling with soil, excavation, inert and any other materials.
