Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation of a characteristic landscape - a combination of pastures, forests and water bodies that represent habitats of protected plant species: Galanthus elwesii, Himantoglossum caprinum and protected animal species such as: Testudo graeca, Testudo hermanni, Ablepharus kitaibeli, Lacerta trilineata, Podarcis taurica, Anguis fragilis,Elaphe sauromates, Elaphe longissima, Coluber caspius, Vipera ammodytes;
2. Preservation of protected animal species such as: Accipiter gentilis, Buteo buteo, Buteo rufinus, Circаеtus gallicus, Circus cyaneus, Falco vespertinus, Dryocopus martius, Saxicola torquata, Sylvia nisoria, Sylvia communis, S. curruca, S. atricapilla, Miliaria calandra, Emberiza hortulana, Alauda arvensis, Lullula arborea, Erithacus rubecula, Upupa epops, Corvus corax;
3. Preservation of protected animal species such as: Mustela nivalis, Felis silvestris and others in the valley of the Arvaliika River (water body, right tributary of the Chernelka River) and its tributaries.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing objects and facilities;
2. It is prohibited placement of movable objects;
3. It is prohibited search, exploration and mining of underground resources, as well as mining of aggregates;
4. It is prohibited plowing the properties and creating perennials;
5. It is prohibited changing the water regime of the territories occupied by waters and water bodies;
6. It is prohibited importation of plant and animal species not native to the area;
7. It is p[rohibited conducting fellings in the forests, except for cultivation, forced and sanitary ones;
8. It is prohibited felling of groups and single trees in the use of agricultural lands, with the exception of trees of invasive and non-local species;
9. It is prohibited use of machinery - shredders and mulchers to limit the spread of shrub vegetation while maintaining pastures;
10. It is prohibited removal of more than 75% of shrub vegetation from the area of ??the respective properties while maintaining the pastures;
11. It is prohibited damage to rock formations.
