Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the plant species Chamaecytisus kovacevii (Velen. Rothm.) and Centaurea angelescui (Grint.) and their habitats.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. Construction is prohibited, except for: maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing buildings and facilities; construction of technical infrastructure for permanent satisfaction of public needs, when there is no other technical possibility or when another technical solution is clearly economically inexpedient, after opinion of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences;
2. It is prohibited placement of movable objects, incl. placement of apiaries and related facilities;
3. It is prohibited change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land, with the exception of the activities under item 3.1;
4. It is prohibited afforestation, plowing, excavation activities, including archaeological excavations, soil surface treatment, as well as any other anthropogenic activities that lead to a change in the natural characteristics of the terrain, with the exception of those aimed at improving the biological status of species subject to conservation and improvement of the nature conservation status of the habitats, with the exception of the activities under 3.1;
5. It is prohibited search and/or exploration of underground resources, mining of underground resources, with the exception of mining by underground methods from the "Basarbovo" deposit, according to the boundaries of the deposit, determined by protocols of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves: 1609/17.04.1981 ., 1821/28.06.1984, according to the Register and the specialized map of the deposits of underground riches;
6. It is prohibited accompanying mining activities on the surface in the border of the protected area, incl. deployment and construction of accompanying infrastructure;
7. It is prohibited disposal of waste, disposal of any materials and objects;
8. It is prohibited introduction of non-native plant and animal species;
9. It is prohibited lighting fires and burning vegetation;
10. It is prohibited movement and stay of motor vehicles outside the existing roads in non-urbanized territories, with the exception of movement during disasters, emergency situations and for conducting fire-fighting, emergency, control, security and rescue activities and maintenance activities of existing infrastructure;
11. It is prohibited holding competitions with off-road motor vehicles and motorcycles on existing roads.
