Aims of the declaration:
1. Habitat protection of the protected plant species Haberlea rhodopensis, a Balkan endemic and relict.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, except maintenance and repair of existing facilities and buildings;
2. It is prohibited change of purpose and method of permanent use of the property;
3. It is prohibited prospecting, exploration and extraction of underground resources and extraction of inert materials;
4. It is prohibited afforestation and replacement of existing vegetation, except for the removal of invasive and alien plant species;
5. It is prohibited waste disposal;
6. It is prohibirted camping and making a fire.
