Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of a complex of diverse beech forests, high-altitude spruce forests and nesting habitats of rare and protected bird species, including Fringilla coelebs, Ficedula parva, Poecile palustris, Sitta europaea, Phylloscopus collybita, Erithacus rubecula, Emberiza citrinella, etc.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited construction, except for maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing sites and facilities;
2. It is prohibited placing movable objects;
3. It is prohibited change of purpose and method of permanent use of the properties;
4. It is prohibited felling, except in cases of extinguishing/limiting fires, when carrying out technical felling to maintain the passability of existing forest roads and tourist trails, as well as to remove single trees that pose a danger to visitors, sanitary and forced felling in cases of damage exceeding 50% of the stand;
5. It is prohibited removal of dead wood, reforestation and replacement of existing vegetation;
6. It is prohibited prospecting, exploration and extraction of underground resources and extraction of inert materials;
7. It is prohibited waste pollution;
8. It is prohibited movement and parking of vehicles outside existing roads, except in the event of disasters, emergencies and for conducting fire-fighting, emergency, control, security and rescue activities, activities for the maintenance of existing infrastructure and activities related to forest management in territories adjacent to the protected area;
9. It is prohibited camping and making a fire.
