Aims of the declaration:
1. Maintaining the diversity of ecosystems and biodiversity conservation in it

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out construction except when included in the management plan and connected to the needs of the administration, the scientific and educational activities, tourism, animal breeding (shelters) and the maintenance of forest roads;
2. It is prohibited to damage the stone trees and bushes and to pick flowers, as well as to consciously disturb the wild animals.
3. It is prohibited to graze goats.
4. It is prohibited to use artificial fertilizer and chemical substances for the protection of plant species.
5. It is prohibited to carry our clear felling and afforest with uncharacteristic of the region or the forest-vegetation zones, as well as with seeds and sapling material originating in another region.
6. It is prohibited to pick herbs, forest fruit, and mushrooms in quantities and in a way, which leads to their destruction or damages their restoration.
7. It is prohibited to set up traps, use poisonous or sedative substances when regulating the number of wild animals.
8. It is allowed to gather hay and to graze farm animals (except goats) in the grazing areas and meadows.
9. It is allowed for farm animals to pass through the designated paths.
10. It is allowed to pick herbs, forest fruit, and mushrooms in quantities, and in regions, as well as in ways, which have been stated in the park's management project;
11. It is allowed to restore, cultivate, and improve the complex defensive functions and the sanitary condition of the forests.
12. It is allowed to regulate the number of wild animals, when those endanger the existence of other species or the ecosystems with degradation processes or the health condition of their own populations, with the permission of the park administration, after agreement of Ministry of environment and water, Bulgarian academy of science and Ministry of agriculture and food.
13. Fishing is allowed in the areas designated by the management plan.
