Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of Mediterranean vegetation Relict the head part of juniper.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to fell the trees, to ingure the stems, to trime, to break branches and other activities which lead to gamage of the trees
2. It is prohibited to pick or uproot the plants
3. It is prohibited grazing of goats
4. It is prohibited entering, camping, passing or parking of motor vehicles
5. It is prohibited harassment of nesting birds, taking the eggs or ringing their young
6. It is prohibited disclosure of quarries, mining and geological and any other activities that modify or injure the natural appearance of the site or its water system
7. It is prohibited any type of construction
8. It is prohibited to carry out forestry activities, except afforestation with juniper;
9. It is permitted freely passing of domestic animals, and the passing of goats to be carried out in three pre-defined by the SF-Kresna and RIEW - Blagoevgrad paths
